LinkVolt products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee when purchased through an authorized LinkVolt sales channel. You may request a return within 30 days after the product is delivered.
How to Request a Return
Email bella@powerkmt.com with your name, order number or proof of purchase, product model, and reason for the return. Support is available daily, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Return Conditions
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Please return the product and included accessories in complete condition and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, accidents, or use outside the published ratings may not qualify.
- Proof of purchase from an authorized sales channel is required.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued by the original seller to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. Processing times depend on the seller and payment provider.
Amazon and Other Retailers
If you purchased a LinkVolt product through Amazon or another authorized retailer, start the return through that retailer. The retailer’s return process and applicable marketplace terms will apply.
Current Website Availability
LinkVolt’s website currently displays product information and prices but does not accept orders or payments. Returns for current purchases must therefore be handled through the original retailer.
This guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
